Is Time Continuous or Discrete?

I remembered having seen this Wired article a while back. Wired profiles Peter Lynds and his ideas time. As far as I can tell, he does not believe in time as a fourth dimension (in a quantitative sense) and questions the accuracy of the calculus representation (which uses discrete bits of time). Seems that most physicists don't take him seriously.
